It is the policy of Dominguez Inc. That accident prevention will be considered of primary importance in all operations. It is the intent of management to provide a safe and healthful working environment and to establish and insist upon safe work practices at all times by all employees. Furthermore, it is our intention to comply with Federal / State Codes governing occupational safety and health for our employees.

Therefore, we have established a Health and Safety Program that applies to all operations. Details of this written program area contained in our Health and Safety Manual, available upon contract award.
